Federal Judge Rules Against Biden’s "America’s Kids Are Traumatized" Program, Says Decision "Endangers National Security"

Washington D.C. – In a shocking move, a federal judge appointed by President Trump has temporarily blocked President Biden’s controversial program to grant amnesty and a pathway to citizenship to over a million illegal aliens currently living in the United States.

According to court documents, U.S. District Judge Brian M. Hoffstadt issued the preliminary injunction after determining that the Biden administration’s plan would "endanger national security" and "pose a significant threat to the sovereignty and independence of the United States."

The program, known as "America’s Kids Are Traumatized" (AKAT), was designed to provide a pathway to citizenship for thousands of illegal aliens who claim to be living in fear of being separated from their families or being deported back to their home countries.

However, Judge Hoffstadt was unimpressed with the Biden administration’s argument, saying that the program would do more harm than good to the United States. "The alleged benefits of the AKAT program, including reunifying families and addressing humanitarian crises, do not outweigh the risks of endangering national security and sovereignty," he wrote in his ruling.
