Senate Democrats are expected to discuss Biden’s future as the party’s nominee at their weekly lunch Tuesday. Biden, meanwhile, is scheduled to give a speech commemorating the 75th anniversary of NATO at the alliance’s summit Tuesday evening in Washington.
