Boxing fans who have been disappointed that opponents have rarely taken the fight to Jake Paul will likely get their wish on Saturday night when Paul takes on Mike Perry. Perry, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship’s breakout star, is a face-first brawler who has promised to be in Paul’s face all night.
Paul was originally set to face Mike Tyson in what would have been the biggest fight of the summer in terms of pure interest. Tyson suffered an ulcer flare-up that forced a postponement to November. Paul wasn’t willing to sit on the sidelines to wait for Tyson and now potentially risks the biggest money fight of his career if he comes up short against Perry.
