Our LO is 12 weeks and really resisting naps as she becomes more alert and aware of the world. Our one saving grace has been the Baby Beluga wrap because we know we can rescue most naps by popping her in there and walking around/going about our business – she doesn’t care if it’s bright, loud, etc and will just snooze pretty much until we wake her!
She’s about 10lbs now and it’s starting to feel like we could use a little more support. I’m confident that I have her hips and back in an ergonomic position but her news tends to sort of sink backwards when she’s tucked in.
We have the Baby Bjorn mini and the Ergobaby Omni 360 and she hates them both…screams bloody murder if we try to carry her in those.
Is there a more supportive wrap carrier or some sort of in between I should explore? I’m located in Ontario, Canada for what it’s worth.

There is a more supportive type of wrap – a woven wrap. I switched from stretchy wrap to woven wrap when my baby was between 2 and 3 months and it was great. He’s 3 now and I still use a woven wrap sometimes.
Other really supportive wrap like carriers include meh dai and half buckle styles.
If you and baby like stretchy wraps, the next step up would definitely be ~~woolen~~ woven wraps. They have a little bit of a learning curve but since you’re coming from stretchy wraps it shouldn’t take too long to get the hang of. Woven wraps are so much more supportive and versatile.
