  1. Honestly, what are the odds that they actually get broken up? This imo is a nothing burger. Of course Microsoft is upset that they can’t gain market share because google’s algorithm is just better. They might get fined and might have to disclose some data on search but they won’t get broken up.

  2. It doesn’t matter either way. Either they win and they stay together ala Microsoft, or they lose and they get split like AT&T in the 80s, and you end up owning stock in multiple companies and have ten times your money in a dozen years. Six one way, half a dozen the other.
