First picture is last week, second is last year before surgery. I had MACI with TTO about 8 months ago for a cartilage tear on my kneecap. Good news is the cartilage repair looks good, bad news is now my patellar tendon is thickened. Waiting on my follow up appt with my doc. Anyone have any success with treating tendinosis with specific exercises? Any success with supplements?
