So my friend want to trasnfer data from google play and he tried but this shows up.

Ok if he hasn’t even finished the tutorial then he should just start a new account.
The level of effort it takes to recover an account from Bandai is ridiculous and you probably won’t get it back anyway, especially if you use multiple accounts.
It’s not worth it
