  1. Episode 46 is technically filler but it’s based off of the cover page stories for several chapters in the manga. Zoro isn’t even in this episode as the playbite article suggests.

    I wouldn’t call it its own arc either as it’s mainly just a funny episode to give Buggy more character development and establish his comeback and alliance with Alvida during their follow-up appearance in Loguetown.
