Searched it on Google and it returned the steam page as a result. When I tried accessing it, it said on the steam page that "this item is currently unavailable in your region".

At least you’re not really missing out
Requires PSN. Sony has restricted any games that require PSN from sale in regions that cannot create PSNs from their own countries. Sure you could still have a PSN based from another country but the game is still restricted for those regions as they wouldnt want to encourage people falsifying their PSN by playing from a different region or leaving bad reviews when they cant access the game ala Helldivers 2.
Maybe that’s a good thing for you then, don’t give your money to garbage game developers
