I’ve suffered from severe anxiety for a few years now after a Covid infection and other extremely heavy trauma. My anxiety manifests in health anxiety. I’ve been told a lot of my physical symptoms are from anxiety.
I’ve had the work up multiple times to figure out what might be going on, and thankfully, so far, it’s been good news. As hard as it is to believe that anxiety can cause the intense and insane symptoms that I’ve experienced [to name one instance, possibly a transient LBBB].
I do have POTS, which I know causes its own set of issues, but just curious as to what anxiety has physically done to anyone else out there. I guess it’s my way of trying to say, ok, me too, this might really all be just anxiety. Because we all know, when you have anxiety, we are always looking for a causation to justify our symptoms and feelings so we can feel safe. I think that’s what I’m trying to do here. Maybe if I see that others have experienced the same, then my mind can begin walk the road of accepting that it really is mostly just anxiety and stress as the cause.
