Indian men have touched the height of degradity. Shivers went down through my nerves when I read the news where the man lured a 12 year old girl to graveyard promising some rituals for her dad. He raped her is an horrendous act but he played her emotionally broke me more. The poor girl would've believed him and went along w him hoping her dad would recover from chronic illness.
Everyday I wake up thinking how more Indian men could degrade and here they are proving me wrong everyday. What has happened with mens here why are they acting like this? I try my best to stay aware about surroundings when I go out to look out for people harrassing girls and I beg every men to do so even if you don't know that women help her assuming she's your mother or sister.
Staying reliable on police is bullshit those suckers are of no use. They didn't even register the case of my 11 y/o sister when a guy followed her all the way to our building. If anyone from Mumbai police or their family member is reading this to let you know y'all are the biggest douchebag just here to bribe money using the power of uniform. If anyone has come here to say "not all men but some men" shut the fuck up. Y'all aren't doodh ke dhule, sexualizing women between friends isn't the right thing.

Being a man, I do not disagree. Either men here are completely depraved, or are constantly stressed as to how to keep their sisters, wives and daughters safe. A simple visit to the mall is such a stressful experience when you have to eyeball every third guy staring at your wife or daughter.

At least the next generation men should be decent. Guys the only real solution here is teaching your sons, relatives, and friends in your circle. It starts right from male gaze and sexist jokes. If they don’t take you seriously and mock you, a toxic friendship is not worth having.

Dalit girls are being raped on daily basis but no one raises this issue till the girl belong from the upper caste

and still here in India, a girl’s parents want her to get married soon in an arranged marriage setup when she is young. Instead of worrying about your girl, if parents can teach their Raja Beta some manners and moral discipline.

I married a German woman, and I still haven’t planned a trip to India. Even though, she wants to visit and see sights like the Taj Mahal I keep denying it, because it’s just plain unsafe and I don’t want to take that risk.
It’s sad to see what India has become really for women. It’s pretty disgusting and pathetic. It’s not as if this country has enough problems as it is, that it needs to drastically improve. Now we add women’s safety also into that mix.
