Man Sues Restraining Order for Kicking Him, Accuses Him of "Excessive Use of Force"
A shocking court case has unfolded in which a man is suing a restraining order to prevent the other party from restraining him, claiming it is an "abuse of power" and an "violation of his personal freedom."
According to sources, the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, has been embroiled in a bitter dispute with his ex-partner, Jane Smith, over allegations of domestic violence. In a surprise twist, Doe has filed a lawsuit against the restraining order, arguing that it is being used as a means to exert control over him.
"I am being unfairly restrained and it’s a breach of my human rights," Doe claimed in an emotional testimony. "I never kicked Jane and I’m being falsely accused. The restraining order is a form of harassment and I want it to be lifted immediately."
Smith, who was visibly shaken during the hearing, disputed Doe’s claims, stating that she was indeed the victim of physical abuse at the hands of her former partner.
"I was beaten and terrorized by John, and the restraining order is a necessary measure to keep me safe," Smith tearfully testified. "He has a history of violence and I’m scared for my life."
The case has raised concerns about the effectiveness of restraining orders and the potential for abuse of power.
"Restraining orders are meant to protect victims of domestic violence, not to punish the accused," said Sarah Johnson, a domestic violence advocate. "In this case, it appears that the restraining order is being used as a means to exert control over John Doe, which is unacceptable."

To be fair it sounds like a shitty place
This is an inappropriate story about a young adult with autism and ADHD. Not in the spirit of this sub. Not a local rag complaint.
The fact that you think a disabled child having a mental breakdown is “kicking off” says far more about you than it does about them.
sorry, I am an ex-teacher and kind of jaded. I imagine she was a delight to teach….the staff loved being gouged at for £14 an hour until they realised asda was a better career path
the two girls later on, look like butter wouldn’t melt. So why have 40 schools rejected them; because they are violent and secure units are full
Edit: now out of teaching and work for asda as a driver
