  1. I mean what did he expect when opening a restaurant in *that* particular location. One fancy restaurant isn’t going to fix the area’s problem or move them somewhere else.

  2. The city needs people to invest, as good or bad of ideas we think they are. Worst part is it takes this guy with all his money to get a response. People like capriccio and hill street have been trying for years. It’s nothing new. Overall it’s bad for Albany.
