From the initial reports, the targets hit were the Institute of Communication in Poltava and a nearby hospital. The former* seems to be a known military-affiliated location, which boggles my mind as to how it was still being used to house so many members as it is well in range of Russian ballistic missiles and in not nearly as well-protected a city as Kyiv. Absolute incompetence from decision-makers involved here
edit: RIP to those who passed. This is incredibly depressing and heads should roll for it

long overdue to lift restrictions on strikes inside Russia
Would Russia really nuke ukraine/europe if America just lifted all aid restrictions? ngl, America not doing more to help ukraine makes me worry about future conflicts around the world.
Eu and usa should let ukraine strike even harder and inside
