I have a traumatic brain injury that makes memory difficult for me. Names in particular. A resident calls, I had to relay news. “I’m so sorry, boss.” He then berates me for two uninterrupted minutes on the phone about how I just called him a racial epithet, then comes down to the leasing office to complain to PM about my tact.
