Am I interpreting this right – " if you you won't get promoted in December 2024 or June 2025, then there will be a hike/increment is in December 2024 — and next possible hike (annual increment) and bonus will be June 2026? Which would be a gap of 18 months.
No you are not.
1. This year and moving forward, base salary increases and bonus will delivered on the same time as current timelines (Nov notification and bonus pay out, Dec new salary effective).
2. This means we will also do talent discussions again in April / March for June effective, then July/August for Dec effective. This means that for FY 2025, we will get any bonus/salary information and payouts Nov/Dec 25.
The bonus / non promotion base salary increasements stay on December cycle.
The MAIN promotion cycle moves to June.
That means December will have limited amount, not guaranteed, number of promotions.
If you aren’t promoted dec24, you have another chance of getting promoted june25 (biggest chance as it is the main promotion date now), as well as (but with very limited numbes at best) dec25.
You can get bonus and non promotion base salary increase on dec24, dec25, dec26 etc.
