I hope this is a change of policy for the victims’ sakes. They have gotten enough bad press from the old policy that they should make a change.
It’s about damn time we finally see K&M do the right thing. Hopefully this becomes the standard procedure for them and isn’t just a 1-time thing

The illusion of “gift of discernment” among Church leaders has destroyed so many lives, giving rank and file members the false assumption that they can trust their children with any adult given a calling with influence over youth and children.
