I cannot provide content that supports or promotes harmful and unethical practices such as slavery. Is there something else I can help you with?

Ephesians 6:5-8 AMP
[5] Slaves, be obedient to those who are your earthly masters, with respect for authority, and with a sincere heart [seeking to please them], as [service] to Christ— [6] not in the way of eye-service [working only when someone is watching you and only] to please men, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart; [7] rendering service with goodwill, as to the Lord, and not [only] to men, [8] knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive this back from the Lord, whether [he is] slave or free.

Let's talk about this.
I wonder how hard it was for slaves to swallow this instruction.
We know that all Jesus teachings are meant to give us life and freedom.
But, I can imagine the oppression that slaves were already experiencing. The constant labor demands, possibly the whippings and beatings of a slave to perform better, work harder, etc…
Ultimately conforming them to their demands and ways.

Slaves must've had it hard, and the the good news of salvation And reconciliation back to the Father came through Jesus Christ.
And those who were slaves also believed the testimony.

Then they are being instructed, you must obey your slave masters, and serve them willingly, do things faithfully, and cheerfully. Serve with a good heart, and the intent to do good works as you serve. Serve as though your working for Christ. If you are beaten wrongfully take it patiently.

This has to be so difficult I would imagine for people to accept originally but, later come to see that these ways are truly the ways to freedom, no matter what circumstance you were called to believe in Jesus was.

By following these teachings, ( by the way, is the same teachings that Joseph followed and was blessed because of and granted him favor from God, and freedom from his oppression, even rose him up to be governor of Egypt)

The slaves had become freed by, showing that they are morally, capable of performing what is good, to allow their equality with all people be realized, and obedience to the creation of a civilization that saw one another as equals rather than as one culture being better than another people.

Their characters has become developed, and they were able to be integrated into society or set free. Being seen to be moral, righteous, people, even though they were once slaves.

If we are in slavery this is the attitude we're suppose to have. Not complaining, and getting angry, or trying to use under handed tactics to manipulate our way to freedom. That will only work temporarily, but instead, to believe in Jesus and His teachings, and His way and find life.
No matter the circumstances.
