"After hearing all the buzz, I just had to try it out for myself," said the food enthusiast in an exclusive interview. "I ordered the jerk chicken and rice, and let me tell you, it was flavorful! The portions were generous, and the service was friendly. Yeah, I’d definitely recommend it."

Stopped by for dinner last night, got the fry pork and plantains. Cost me $20 but came with slaw and a salad and easily enough food for two meals. I wasn't blown away by the food, but it was definitely above average quality, 4/5 stars.
Downside was that they are not equipped to handle the volume of business they're currently doing, and have no real process for to go orders. So you may want to wait for the hype to die down before trying it, or being prepared for delays and ordering chaos. Pretty understandable given everything, really.
Would definitely go back again.

“pork”
You had me at plantains. I will absolutely go anywhere for those.
Would you say it was woofabulous or Purrfectly delicious?
It’s a joke, no one here believes they are eating cats and dogs. ♥️
I can echo pretty much the exact same review. Got the rice and beans with griot last Sunday, it took a little bit to get the food due to the crowd and the media that was there at the time, the food was good and the $20 lunch plates are more than enough to two people. I’ll certainly be back.
The politically incorrect jokes practically make themselves…
Thanks for this. I’m in Springfield a few times a week and planned to check this place out.
