It's currently on sale, and I'm debating whether it's worth buying. Which one would be the better choice—this or Star Wars Battlefront? My specs aren't the best, which is why I'm asking here. I have an Nvidia MX350 and 8GB of RAM, so I hope it runs well. I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially as a Star Wars fan—it's really tempting

As somebody who’s a fan of both, I’d say this game over BF. You’ll have far more fun first starting on here.
I would buy it again for that price.
It depends on what you prefer, if you want a single-player player: Fallen Order. If you want a multiplayer-focused third-person shooter then go for Battlefront.
its a self-contained story about a random jedi, there’s some references to the main star wars narrative but mostly it’s a jedi dude and his trials and tribulations after order 66. Combat is really good, it’s based off Sekiro so there’s a lot of blocking and parrying, with dodging as well. biggest turn off might be the parkour and exploration. there is a ton of climbing and platforming. i only say exploration is a weaker part of the game because ultimately its just cosmetics you’re hunting down. I found myself hunting for every chest off FOMO rather than “i can’t wait to see what’s in this”. There’s lot of backtracking too, think like Pokemon when you run past an obstacle needing an HM that you don’t get til way later. you’ll run past so many chests “that are right there” but you need a special upgrade or ability to actually gain access. A solid 7.5/10
Battlefront has a much smaller playerbase every since support was cut off. If you enjoy difficult enemies and boss battles (which you can make easier with lower difficulties) then this game is the better choice
I would say Battlefront
the newer star wars battlefront 2.
more suited for weaker systems and waay longer playtime potentially. u also get a small but very good story.
star wars jedi, especially jedi survivor requires quiet some beefyer hardware
Battlefront is kind of a dead game nowadays and there’s minimal stuff to do offline, but you’ll have a better chance of running it on an MX350 than you will running Fallen Order.
Definitely the best Star Wars game if you want the over the top Jedi vs Sith Lightsaber battle.
I wouldn’t say I’m the biggest star wars fan but I share an interest in it and to me, this game was a sweet surprise. The story was fresh and after being thoroughly disapoointed with the sequels and some meh shows of the universe, I was glad they took a new route with new interesting characters. The gameplay is pretty neat, it’s pretty cool swinging a lightsaber around, with the sound effects and what not. It’s fairly challenging too, but not in the level where it makes you wanna throw your controller at the tv. All in all, a solid 8.5 from me
Idk why theyre trying to split it into single player and live service and say it depends which you like. I do not recommend buying bf, the player base is dying, I might be wrong but I think I saw dice/EA is close to cutting support, and said they weren’t going to add anything else to the game(might’ve been a different game I don’t remember.) fallen order is a great game in general where bf2 is ehhh, and I’m not the only one who thinks so. Get fallen order it’s the better game and better investment
Honestly your GPU is a bit weak, Battlefront 2 would run smoother because Fallen Order is far from optimized, it was not the best with my GTX 1070. My advice would be to give it a try, and refund to get BF 2 instead if performance is a problem.
