The suburbs that have joined the million-dollar club are:

  1. Cottesloe: With a median house price of $1.15 million, Cottesloe is one of the most expensive suburbs in Western Australia.
  2. Claremont: The median house price in Claremont has reached $1.08 million, making it a highly sought-after suburb.
  3. Peppermint Grove: With a median house price of $1.05 million, Peppermint Grove is another suburb that has joined the million-dollar club.
  4. Nedlands: The median house price in Nedlands has reached $1.02 million, making it a popular choice for homebuyers.
  5. Subiaco: With a median house price of $1.01 million, Subiaco is another suburb that has joined the million-dollar club.

The data also reveals that the median house price in Western Australia has reached $540,000, a 10% increase from last year.
