I already made a post a couple of days ago when he decided to leave me, we had been fighting on and off for a long time and we became very codependant, i knew this was wrong but i really believed he was the one for me. He moved to another country to be with me, he adored me and made me feel the most beautiful, smartest woman in any room, i fell deeply in love with him when he supported me like no one during my grandmas sickness.
I supported him financially while he got on his feet and he is now doing great job-wise, I lost my job 9 months ago and it has been very hard not being able to find anything. 5 months ago or so, he told me he wanted to break up, i fell apart and in the middle of a panic attack i started begging him to please stay, he said no several times and after being the most pitiful, sad creature ever i guess he felt sorry enough about me to decide to stay.
I focused my whole being from then on on him, on the relationship, while he built himslef up, i helped him and i looked after our dying relationship much more than i even cared about my own health, i started with antidepressants and anxiety meds, this helped quite a lot with my mood and things got a bit better.
We fought 3 days ago and i left to get some space and when i got back he had made dinner for us and we went to bed the cuddled me in bed and told me he loved me so much, that he was sorry. We slept and in the morning he started telling me we needed to buy plane tickets to go home for xmas and to prepare another trip in jan for his moms bday. I went out to buy bread, made breakfast for him and left cause he has the first appointment with his therapist and i wanted to give him space, when i got back he told me that after talking to the therapist he had decided we needed to break up in that same second, that he would go pack a bag and stay in a hotel (at 10pm at night). I told him to sleep on the couch at least tonight, he said that he couldnt stay any longer or he would never leave. And just like that after 4 years together and just discussing xmas plans that morning, he left me.
Im on day 2 of no news for him, he has all his stuff furniture, tv, clothes, computer everything in here, I feel like the most insignificant being in the world, havent been able to eat almost at all, sleep very little, i have no job, no family here so im relying on my friends that of course also have their own lives. Even if i wanna try to start accepting things knowing that i still have to meet him and he still has to move out, and not knowing when or how this will happen is killing me slowly… any advice?
