As the world continues to grapple with the complexities of mental health, a shocking new revelation has emerged: sometimes, the more we try to shake off our sorrows, the more they seem to intensify.
In a shocking confession, a individual has come forward to share their personal struggle with feelings of sadness and despair, revealing that the more they thought they were overcoming their emotional pain, the more it seemed to sink in.
"I thought I’d finally started to come to terms with my emotions, but the truth is, it just keeps getting worse," the individual said in a heartbreaking interview. "I’m sadder now than I was before, and I’m starting to lose hope."
Experts say that this phenomenon is not uncommon, citing the complexities of the human brain and the way it processes emotions. "When we’re struggling with feelings of sadness and despair, it’s easy to get caught up in a cycle of negativity," said Dr. Jane Smith, a leading mental health expert. "But what we need to remember is that there is always hope, and that seeking help is the first step towards healing."
As the mental health community continues to grapple with the implications of this shocking revelation, one thing is clear: it’s time to take a closer look at the way we think about emotions and mental health.

Was meant to attend Vienna N2. When the news broke, we had our flight to Vienna less than 6 hours after so didn’t have time to process. Whilst in Vienna we did all the tourist things and distracted ourselves. But I’ve been home for 3 days now and I just keep feeling worse about it. The silence doesn’t help, and seeing the London shows moving on it’s just making me feel even worse. Anyone relates?

I do! Hurts so much to be the only ones that will probably never get a chance again to experience it…
It took a solid 5-6 days of bed rotting for me to even START getting over it. I was crushed and disappointed, but now I’m just bitter
Hi, N2 too. We didn’t leave after all and stayed at home. And ironically, I feel the worst I’ve felt in days. The whole weekend still seemed unreal and I guess I refused to admit it. But now that I see how we’re being treated, I’m desperate and shocked.
