Voca P misteriously disappeared, his username was “夜廻り”. Anybody knows what happened? also anybody has news about “23.exe”?

Hello so I stumbled upon some musique I had downloaded and I decided to check how the producer was doing but he apparently doesn't have any videos on both youtube and niconico anymore, I'm really confused 🙁 His name was "夜廻り" and he did:

I'm really sad to not be able to listen to his other songs 🙁
(Oh and also, I've been waiting for 23.exe's "Yofukashi Gaming" for a long time, if anybody has news about 23.exe, tell me please!)
