"We are not against the Waqf Board or any other organization," said Raja. "But we will not tolerate anyone trying to take away our land. We will fight for our rights until the end."
The government has announced that it will conduct an investigation into the matter and ensure that the villagers’ rights are protected. "We take the concerns of the villagers seriously and will take necessary steps to resolve the issue," said a government spokesperson.
