Reason I come on here is for tactical updates & any news on upcoming SBC’s & recently have noticed a pattern, people take this game way too seriously for what it’s worth. There’s guys complaining that they’re getting a free Ronaldinho at the end of the cycle & not an SBC right now, what difference does it make? You’ll be using him for what, 2/3 weeks extra. There’s guys who carry on playing 24 even beyond FC25 release so for them it’s a good win. There’s less than a month left until FC25 & people are spending 90% of their time completing player picks in late August. Real talk when I say, take a break from this game, go do something else in your spare time or try out a different game. FC ain’t worth so much or peoples mental output.

  1. I urge everyone to play both fullbacks on balanced

I even play with my cdm/cm without stay back, its more fun. You will get countered if you dont cover manually but it is worth it

  2. for real bro. Agree with everything you said. I took a break in March and it was the best thing ive ever done. Game turned to shit around the time and now im coming back to eafc25 with a clean slate and completely refreshed and rdy to grind. People grinding with 3-4 weeks left make 0 sense to me.

  3. Or just enjoy this phase of the game for what it is – it’s time to chill out and play fun, attacking, silly football with all your favourite players, cool evos and all that.

Sack off the meta and just set up to play how you want to play – because it doesn’t matter if you win or lose now in the grand scheme of things.

I’m still amazed by how many people I see now playing 5 at the back/spamming crosses to big units/spamming cutbacks etc etc. Like just relax now, we’ve all got 96+ rated teams. Enjoy it!

  4. Agree mostly with what you said, however people are doing player picks BECAUSE it’s the end of the game.

Lots of cards people would like to try and not a whole lot of time to pack them, combined with the fact it’s the best time of year to actually get hold of them in terms of ease. I don’t begrudge anybody for grinding picks and packs right now.

  5. Idk the need card like for Ronaldinho when we have all the juiced up 99 at the end game right now, not to mention complaining it being free.

My 2 cents, don’t take this kind of comment on the subreddit too seriously, most of them including me still here just rant whatever.

  6. 100%

Like when ppl say “ball is life”, they’re not talking about fifa lol

Ppl need to treat this game for exactly what it is; a video game that doesn’t mean shit

  7. I’ve been having fun doing squad battles on higher difficulties. Just to mess around with the team I worked to put together, it’s been enjoyable

  8. You are trying to reason with mental patients who will never be happy unless EA will give away top players in every other pack (and only to them, because if everyone has them – “the game is broken”) among other things.

I am on this sub mainly because of bitching and moaning (which is nothing compared to EA UFC one – holy shit, that place needs to be studied for all kinds of spectrums and mental defects). At this point I don’t know what I am entertained by more – the actual game or the rants on here.

    Carry on.
