Chicago, IL – In a shocking turn of events, a flasher was spotted on the Brown Line train at the Loop ‘L’ station in downtown Chicago, leaving commuters in a state of panic.
According to eyewitnesses, the flasher was seen standing on the platform, flashing passersby as they boarded the train. The incident occurred during the evening rush hour, causing a significant delay in the train’s schedule.
