Hii everyone!

I moved countries like 4 months ago for uni. Before that I was dating around (in my home country) since winter and in January I met this guy right when I was about to give up on dating altogether. We got so close real quick and I just never felt so connected and comfortable with someone in such a short time. We even had a whole day trip together on our 3rd date and I never have felt so fully seen, accepted, valued and understood with a person before (same was for him) We had a looot in common and we checked each-other’s boxes. He was the guy i had dreamed about basically. We dated exclusively for almost 3 months and he always expressed his intention to make me his gf and that he was sure about me.

But then I got the news that I was gonna move here and he didnt want to do long distance as he had broken up with his ex one year ago because their ldr hadnt worked (so he had some trauma around it) Im sure he had been his most genuine self with me and he cried sm times when I left, but just I feel so in pain still now and I feel like i will never find someone else to get me like that and like I’ll never love again (am a super hopeless romantic) i am no contact with him now bc it hurt me super much to text or meet up again as i wanted smth more, I fell in love. I just know if i went back to my home country, I would be with him 100% but the question is it worth it? I never felt fulfilled in that place, and you can never advance personally and professionally there. Maybe I should just be patient and be happy again and find my people here too? Idk

I would appreciate your opinions very much
