Opinions on Moe?

What are your guys opinion on moe? Whether he is too weak or too strong. In my opinion moe seems pretty balanced (atleast compared to most early acces brawlers) although I do wish thay moe doesn't lose 400hp in hit super form and I would also like if you hit someone with the big pebble (not the once that split off) it would do more damage like 1600 and nerf the little pepples.
