Your first question is likely, "Why name this place the 'Apostolic Church'?" To that question I have two answers.
The first is that I am working on a framing story which contains my philosophies, and it focuses on the followers of the Apostle Andrew, and who are themselves called Apostles. I have heavily weighed the pros and cons of writing it as a story as compared to a pure philosophical / theological treatise, and I went with the story because, to summarize, it would be more understandable, digestible, and able to be visualized.
The second is that "apostle" means "messenger" or "emissary"; and in the context of Christianity, that means someone who goes out and spreads the good news. I would like to think of it as also meaning "close follower", which adds to the description of Jesus' chosen twelve. Jesus Himself appears to have permitted His apostles to name more apostles, as shown by Matthias. With that said, this congregation – this church – would be made up of people who wish to follow Jesus and His teaching closely.
