RFK Jr Sues to Remove Name from North Carolina Ballot

US Environmental Activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has filed a lawsuit against the North Carolina State Board of Elections to remove his name from the state’s primary election ballot.
According to sources, Kennedy’s decision comes after he failed to qualify for the Democratic primary election in the state. He was seeking to run for the US Senate seat held by incumbent Senator Richard Burr.

He's excuse now is. It's a " free speech" violation" not to remove his name.
Some Counties have already begun printing absentee ballots. It could cost hundreds of thousands to remove his name, and delay mailing of early voting forms.
Kennedy is trying to remain on NY's ballot, where his presence likely would not alter the election’s outcome.
