According to eyewitnesses, the foster-to-adopt puppy, a adorable golden retriever mix named Max, was taken in by a well-meaning foster family with the hopes of being adopted into a permanent home. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the family has been left heartbroken and in crisis mode.
A Shocking Twist
It’s reported that the foster family has fallen victim to a vicious game of puppy juggling, where multiple families were allowed to interact with the pup, leading to devastating attachment issues. The poor puppy, once full of life and energy, is now struggling to cope with the constant changes and is beginning to exhibit signs of extreme anxiety.
Painful Goodbyes
As the foster family attempts to find a permanent home for Max, the painful goodbyes are starting to take their toll. The family, who wishes to remain anonymous, is begging for the community to come together and support their efforts to find Max a forever home.
"We’ve grown to love this precious pup, and the thought of saying goodbye to him is unbearable," the distraught foster parent confessed in a tearful interview. "We’re reaching out to the community in desperation, hoping someone can step forward and give Max the love and stability he deserves."
Community Response
As news of the crisis spreads, the local community is rallying around the foster family, offering words of encouragement and support. Volunteers are flocking to local animal shelters, ready to help with the massive undertaking of finding Max a permanent home.

I brought home Goose, 8 month Dane mix puppy, as a foster-to-adopt three days ago and have fallen absolutely in love with him. We have what feels like will be a very special bond. This should be great news but…I think his hips are fucked. I plan to take him to my vet (or the shelter vet) to have this examined ASAP. I don't know yet if he can be helped, or if this is too severe to be fully treated.
No clue how I could be so attached to him already but I can't stop crying thinking of losing him. It feels so unfair to break both of our hearts this way and I'm beside myself.

I highly recommend getting pet insurance that does not have a 6 month orthopedic waiting period……and maybe reading your policy very carefully (and maybe see if they need a clear vet exam after the policy has started so they dont have an excuse to deny coverage…..)…..it is a lot cheaper to pay 100 bucks a month versus 20k for hip replacement and PT. Just food for thought…..
