Hey! I know this is really dumb but I would like to connect with people who have/had ocd just to share some experiences, talk, or whatever. Not compulsions or reassurance! Just like a support group.

I discovered a couple of years ago I have ocd and it really makes all my life make sense, I had for years this "Apocalyptic Ocd", I don't know if it's a name but I had this obsession with the end of the world and I'd just loved to hear from people who struggled with that. I don't have it anymore, this was years ago, I had it between the ages of 12-16, and it was a nightmare. Now I think about it and I just think like wow, that was a really hard thing to go through as a kid, I just remember how scared and trigger I was with news, forums, and stuff.

It's all in the past now! But I had always this curiosity if someone out there dealed with something similar, because it was pretty awful!

I also had some other themes, with books, films, real life situations, etc. I'm not going into detail because it's not like I want to talk about strategies or stuff, just to meet people who is doing well now, so please not reassurance or questions about ocd!

Hope you all the best,

Phil
