I know some people will debate whether or not this is drama but IMO considering other similar posts have been allowed and this is a pretty big breakthrough for indie animation as a whole, I’d consider it newsworthy. Like say what you will about this not being bad drama, but it’s still pretty surprising and a great step forwards towards a lot of indie/YouTube animators

I’m glad that they’re still airing the eps on Youtube, it would suck to have a formerly-free series suddenly get moved to a paid-only platform (though I would totally understand it from a business perspective)
Honestly so so happy for them, I hope they get some Netflix money and are able to continue to push the boundary for indie animation
Happy for them I just hope it isnt anything like bee and puppycat it looked good on youtube but it getting moved to Netflix alot of things were changed and didn’t feel the same :/

Dope! I know a lot of people shit on these kinda shows but I’m happy indie animation is blowing up in this way, first with hazbin and now with ADC. Hope lackadaisy gets its big break, love it’s artstyle.
