Entertainer Justin Timberlake has been arrested in Sag Harbor on DWI-related charges, Sag Harbor authorities confirmed Tuesday.
A police department spokesman declined to provide details of the arrest — but confirmed the person arrested was, in fact, the singer-songwriter and actor known as the Prince of Pop.

Entertainer Justin Timberlake has been arrested in Sag Harbor on DWI-related charges, Sag Harbor authorities confirmed Tuesday.
A police department spokesman declined to provide details of the arrest — but confirmed the person arrested was, in fact, the singer-songwriter and actor known as the Prince of Pop.
A Sag Harbor Justice Court official confirmed the charges are DWI-related and that Timberlake faces arraignment there today.
A spokesperson for Timberlake, 43, did not immediately respond to an email request seeking comment.
Police said the specifics of the charges would be provided later Tuesday.
Timberlake’s career was launched at 11 when he appeared on TV shows Star Search and as part of The All New Mickey Mouse Club, where co-stars included Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Ryan Gosling and future bandmate J.C. Chasez. It was his role in the boy band NSYNC that launched him to superstardom at age 14, according to IMDb.
Timberlake’s acting career includes roles in The Social Network, Friends with Benefits, and Trouble with the Curve. He has been married to actress Jessica Biel since 2012; the couple have two children.
