Unless you’re the sole and dominant newsletter in a very sought after niche, sales will rarely come to you.
You’ve got to design and scale up an ad sales process with the right prospects, get them on the phone, and chase until deals close, then keep them happy. Theres a lot of cash if you can pull it off.
Newsletters tend to be 99.9% duds while .1% make millions. Only time I’ve seen newsletters in between is during the come up.
I can run an ad on your newsletter since it’s relevant, to be honest, you will need to make it very cheap since you don’t have any results to show how good it could be.
