Okay so i am a 22 year old women living in supervised housing i have my own apartment where i can call for help if needed.
I come here with a question i didn’t think I’d have ask in 10 years, 5 weeks ago i said goodbye to my beautiful 11 year old girl she was amazing and performed perfectly when it came to me having panic attacks anxiety depression and stress, i miss her dearly and after her passing I’ve been struggling more with depression and panic attacks. There’s no question to ask whether i can care for a pet jazz was special needs and i study animal behaviour and care. You see i keep getting more and more bad news sinking deeper into a depression only feeling whole when at my internship. But i dread the weekend.
I’ve been trying to get papers that advice me to get a ESA cat again, i already got one from my doctor,she wrote that its required for me, i am getting a phone call next week from the psychologist in the hopes they can also give me the letter from them that i need.
