Its a bit difficult but needs to be done

For context i have mental health issues and i sometimes feel like im acting like my pop. A man who in therapy ive called "the bane of my existence"

Im starting to stay away from things that piss me off. News stories, toxic people, so on. I want to lead a good life and overall improve myself because it be better for me

I put the postive flair on because this is a good thing. Im trying and tbh sometimes failing but im getting back out there.
I want to make sure no matter i will be better overall. Im going to a new psychiatrist, got a job transfer away from toxic coworkers, im gonna learn about topics ranging from money management to cooking and im final beginning to exercise.

Its a matter of motivation and a desire to improve yourself
