Labour Leader Keir Starmer and Conservative Prime Minister Rishi Sunak are back on the campaign trail with just days to go until Britain chooses its next government.

Starmer will bang the Labour drum in three constituencies won by the Tories in 2019, with visits to the normally true-blue counties of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.  He’s calling on supporters to go out and vote for Labour, amid concerns talk of a “supermajority” will keep them at home. Labour is rolling out posters across the country warning of the risk to the NHS, the economy and standards if people don’t vote out the Tories.

Sunak visits the seat of Staffordshire, where he’ll deliver a speech imploring undecided voters not to “surrender your voice to Labour.” The PM will give a midday interview to broadcasters, then move on to the Midlands, where he’ll wrap up the day at an evening campaign event.
